Too crowded to get to Old Faithful but these geis(ers ) were pretty cool. We are off to Gros Ventre, pronounced gro von, which proves a challenge when voice texting into GPS. It is in a National Elk Refuge with spectacular surroundings. Could not wait for dark to build a campfire but hated to give up our view. Gary is usually an expert fire starter so I believe we surely have bought bad wood. Even a fan ( see pic) would not get this fire burning. Birthday pancakes for Gary but made on the stove, not over a campfire.
